His coaching expertise extends to both male and female athletes, with ten standout female athletes earning national recognition from ESPN under his guidance. Beginning his coaching career at the grassroots level, Coach Stanciel quickly distinguished himself with his ability to foster talent, build competitive teams, and implement innovative training techniques. His strategic acumen has consistently helped his teams rank among the top in their leagues and circuits.
